Refund Policy – Miramara Made to Order Clothing

At Miramara, each garment is carefully made to order, using quality fabrics and thoughtful construction. I want every customer to feel confident when purchasing handmade linen and cotton clothing for kids and women.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item for a full refund of the product price.

Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The garment must be returned in original condition
  • Please send a clear photo of the product before returning it.
  • Provide tracking details for the return parcel within 14 days of purchase

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will process a refund for the product price. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.

Every Miramara piece is made with care and attention to detail. It is never my intention to send a faulty product, and I always aim to create clothing that you and your children will enjoy wearing.
